Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Immersive Pixel ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") located in North Carolina. By accessing or using our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

We offer the following services to our clients:

• Design of Augmented, Virtual, and Extended Reality web and mobile applications
• Design of 3D objects
• Enterprise Extended Reality consultancy

3. Payments

Our services are offered on a project-by-project basis. The client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fee for the project, before the project is delivered. If the client is not satisfied with the work, we will work with the client to revise the project until it meets their satisfaction.

4. Intellectual Property

The client agrees that any and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, and trade secrets, in and to the services and any and all deliverables provided by the Company shall be and remain the property of the Company.
The client shall not use the Company’s intellectual property for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was provided.

5. Confidentiality

The client agrees to keep all information provided by the Company confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The client agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the services provided by the Company.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
